Privacy Policy

At Bull City Boudoir, we consider it paramount to earn and keep your trust.

What do we do with the media from your photo session?

We stress this from beginning to end, but your media remain completely private unless you give us permission to post or use them in any way.

As per U.S. law, the photographer owns the copyright to the media, but we promise to keep your session private. Your content will be delivered via a reputable, secure platform that only you can access.

We are running a business, and as professionals, we must treat you and your images with respect.  Your privacy and consent are paramount to us.  They’re the most important things. We won’t tag you on social media platforms, or identify you without asking your permission first.

All clients sign a contract upon booking and are provided with an easy-to-understand image-sharing permission form with their proofs; there is never an obligation to share at any time.
